Whey Shake: whey, milk protein, and fiber all in one shaker
BioTech USA’s Whey Shake combines two sources of milk protein, fiber, and added amino acids. Each 25-gram serving provides 18 grams of protein and over 3 grams of fiber, for about 92 kcal. The 500-gram container contains 20 servings.
Two Sources of Milk Protein
The formula is based on:
Result: 70 g of protein per 100 g. Protein helps increase and maintain muscle mass. One serving provides 8.3 g of essential amino acids, including 2 g of leucine.
High in fiber thanks to inulin
Whey Shake containsinulin, a type of fiber. Result: 13 to 15 g of fiber per 100 g depending on the flavor, or 3.2 to 3.8 g per serving. It is high in fiber, which is rare for a protein powder.
Low in sugar once prepared
One serving contains 1.4 to 1.5 g of sugar and 0.7 g of fat. When mixed with 250 ml of water, your shake is low in sugar and low in fat. The sweet taste comes from a sweetener (sucralose).
Added glutamine, arginine, and BCAAs
In addition to the amino acids naturally present in protein, BioTech USA adds:
Mix 1 serving (25 g) with 250 ml of water in a shaker. The manufacturer recommends 2 servings per day: after your workout, or anytime you want a convenient source of protein.
