The Energize Original bar is enriched with two sources of C2MAX carbohydrates (fructose and glucose), which according to studies, enable muscles toabsorb energy 55% faster and increase endurance by 8%.
Taken before training or during exercise to provide a real boost, these bars are world-renowned by athletes for their composition, carefully developed for sports performance.
Designed to be easily digested, with no colorants or preservatives, Powerbar's Energize Bar is a formula that combines fast and complex carbohydrates with fruit. A bar also provides sodium, the main electrolyte eliminated with perspiration, and magnesium, which contributes to normal energy metabolism.
They have proven their effectiveness both before and during exercise in providing the carbohydrates needed for energy, and to last over time. Energize provides 36g of carbohydrates per bar, including 21g of sugars and only 0.7g of saturated fatty acids.
