The melting energy bar (25g ) is made by the French brand Apurna.
This melt-in-your-mouth bar is specially designed to help you avoid fatigue and boost your energy before, during and after training.
It is a source of essential carbohydrates to maintain optimal glucose levels without drawing on your reserves, enabling you to prolong the duration of your effort. Each bar contains 16 g of carbohydrates.
As well as being rich in carbohydrates, this bar is also a source of vitamins and minerals, including vitamins B2, B3, B6 and C, which help reduce fatigue. In addition, vitamins C and E help protect cells against oxidative stress.
This bar is made fromalmonds and is available in two delicious flavours: apricot and lemon.
It's practical, pleasant to eat and contains no sweeteners!
You can take a bar during sport, every 45 minutes or 1 hour of effort. You can also take it before or after sport.
