The recommended intake of your supplements in this program may differ from the recommendations for use of the individual supplements. Here, the recommendations are adapted to the combination of supplements in your program .

Week 1 (7 days a week): Take 1x2 capsules of Oxydrine Xtreme at breakfast. Take 1 capsule of Redburn Hardcore at breakfast and 1 capsule at lunch. Take 2 capsules of Carni Max 30 minutes before training or between meals on rest days.

Weeks 2 to 4 (7d/7): Take 1x4 capsules of Oxydrine Xtreme with a meal, take 2 capsules of Redburn Hardcore at breakfast and 2 capsules at lunch. Take 2 capsules of Carni Max 30 minutes before training or between meals on rest days.

The first week of this guide is an adaptation period during which your body will store the active ingredients. The following weeks will intensify the action of these natural active ingredients to promote the appearance of results.

You may run out of certain supplements towards the end of your program. This will have no impact on your progress. Simply continue to take the others. Likewise, if you still have some left after the end of your program, you can finish them.

RENEWAL: This program can be renewed regularly, in conjunction with a suitable diet, to continue losing as much body fat as possible. If the program is renewed immediately, without stopping the intake, it is not necessary to start again in week 1 with the progressive adaptation dosages. It is preferable to continue directly with the intakes of weeks 2 to 4. In this way, the program will last a little less time, but will enable you to maintain a high level of fat loss and achieve better results.
