Pre-workout supplements are designed to improve both anaerobic and aerobic power. They increase muscular endurance, mental focus and improve post-exercise recovery.
This product is aimed at those looking for an effective booster to rip during intensive workouts. It contains 5250 mg of beta-alanine, AAKG and L-Citrulline malate for effective training.
Its formula contains a high concentration of caffeine, 150 mg per 9.5 g serving. Caffeine is a central nervous stimulant with diuretic properties. It increases skeletal muscle contraction capacity and helps metabolize fat.
You'll find over 1700 mg of creatine complex per dose (micronized creatine monohydrate, buffered creatine, creatine citrate). It's a bonus of immediately available energy, during explosive efforts and short high-intensity sets. It also increases strength. The more creatine your muscles have in reserve, the better they'll be able to regenerate their ATP. This means they can sustain intense effort over longer periods without damage.
Other active ingredients in the booster are niacin and vitamin B6, which help reduce fatigue and contribute to normal energy metabolism. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism.
Vitamin C provides 225 mg per 9.5 g serving. Vitamin C helps maintain normal immune system function during and after intense physical exercise. Vitamin C contributes to normal energy metabolismand helps reduce fatigue.
This booster also contains 300 mg of L-tyrosine (per dose) to boost energy levels and provide a "boost" for more intensive training.
As well as being rich in amino acids and vitamins, this product is low in calories and sugars, perfect for your lean workout!
