NOCCO' s Nocco BCAA drink (330ml) is a carbonated energy drink based on green tea extract. It is enriched with amino acids, vitamins and caffeine, and is guaranteed sugar-free.
A can of Nocco BCAA drink (330ml) contains 3000 mg of BCAA, branched-chain amino acids (Leucine, Valine and Isoleucine). The dosage is a ratio of 4:1:1, 2000mg Leucine, 500mg Valine and 500mg Isoleucine.
These are so-called "essential" amino acids, meaning that they are not synthesized by the body and must therefore be supplied by diet or supplementation. All the more so as BCAAs are considered the amino acids of performance. They provide energy and promote muscle recovery by preventing the catabolism of existing muscle fibers. They also stimulate protein synthesis, helping to build new muscle fibers.
Contains 180 mg caffeine for an immediate boost.
What's more, this drink is enriched with B vitamins (B3, B6, B8, B9, B12), which help to synthesize energy and reduce fatigue, and vitamin D, which contributes to bone and joint health and maintains muscle function.
