Knockout 2.0 (305g) is a powdered food supplement with sweeteners from the brand Olimp Sport Nutrition. Taking pre-workouts enables you to train longer and more intensely. In fact, this type of product postpones fatigue during training, delays the effects of lactic acid on your performance and improves your muscular endurance.
Knockout 2.0 (305g) contains a high dose of beta-alanine (2,100mg) and L-arginine (1100mg), as well as L-citrulline (600mg), taurine (600mg) and caffeine (200mg per dose). The formula is also rounded out by plant extracts (cayenne pepper and black pepper). This synergy will give you the energy and muscular endurance you need to surpass your goals!
Beta-alanine is a substance naturally present in muscles, synthesized from amino acids, which helps improve performance and stave off fatigue for longer, more intense workouts.
During intense physical exercise, the body is unable to produce sufficient quantities of arginine, so it is necessary to supplement through supplements. Arginine is an important precursor of creatine, which triggers vasodilation and muscle congestion with exercise.
Citrulline malate is a non-essential amino acid, synthesized from other amino acids. This amino acid is involved in the synthesis of nitric oxide (NO), which is involved in vasodilation and improves muscle congestion. It helps build muscle thanks to improved blood flow, oxygen and nutrient supply, but also helps reduce muscle fatigue and improve recovery and sporting performance.
