Kolagen activ plus (80 tabs) is a dietary supplement in tablet form from the brand Olimp Sport Nutrition with collagen, vitamins and minerals. It's ideal for people who want healthy, supple joints.
Collagen ensures the elasticity, firmness, cohesion and regeneration of the tissues in which it is present. The body produces collagen naturally. However, its synthesis declines over the years. Collagen supplementation will therefore help avoid the risk of cartilage degradation, pain and loss of joint functionality.
This dietary supplement contains over 7g of collagen per portion, in the form of collagen hydrolysate, as well as minerals such as calcium (240mg) and magnesium (112.5mg), which contribute to bone integrity and strength, and vitamins, notably vitamin C (24mg), which contributes to normal collagen formation.
Bonus: the tablets have a mild citrus taste.

Ingredients : 60% collagen hydrolysate, bulking agent - sorbitols; maltodextrin, 8.6% minerals (calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate), acidity regulator - malic acid; flavors, anti-caking agent - magnesium salts of fatty acids; 0.2% vitamins (L-ascorbic acid - vitamin C, pyridoxine hydrochloride - vitamin B6), sweeteners - sucralose and acesulfame K.
