Melatonin, better known as the "sleep hormone", is a hormone created by the body from the amino acid tryptophan.
Made exclusively from melatonin (1 mg per dose), Melatonin (90 tabs ) is designed to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. In fact, taking 1 mg of melatonin can shorten the time it takes to fall asleep before bedtime. What's more, this hormone also helps reduce the feeling of fatigue caused by intense training or long journeys with jet lag.
