Muscle mass (4kg) from the brand Biotech USA is a hard gainer rich in carbohydrates, proteins, creatine and glutamine peptides.
Perfectly adapted to ensure quality caloric intake, Muscle mass contains 5 different sources of carbohydrates and proteins.
The different proteins (9.4 g) present are: whey concentrate, hydrolyzed protein, casein, whey isolate and egg white. They differ in terms of absorption time. Muscle Mass is ideally consumed after training, when you 're building up mass. Indeed, if you're having trouble putting on weight, it's advisable not to cover your protein needs from a single source, but to opt for complex formulas made up of proteins with different absorption times.
The consumption of carbohydrates (39 g) is very important, as it increases energy intake. All its components havedifferent glycemic indexes. Carbohydrate sources with a high glycemic index promote faster protein absorption and immediate replenishment of glycogen reserves. Conversely, sources with a low glycemic index provide your body with continuous energy through slower absorption.
Finally, micronized creatine monohydrate (1650 mg per dose) and glutamine peptides are added to this ultra-complete formula. Creatine is a molecule that enhances physical capacity during short, intense training sessions.
Muscle mass (4kg) is a lactose-free gainer available in Chocolate, Vanilla and Strawberry flavours.
