Hydrolyzed whey is one of the most popular sources for athletes. It is considered the purest and highest quality of all proteins. It is obtained through a hydrolysis process that breaks down the proteins. This simplifies the body's absorption of proteins and promotes the use of amino acids to build or repair muscle fibers.
100% hydro isolate (2kg) contains 19g of protein per portion, essential for maintaining and building muscle mass. It also contains glutamine and arginine.
Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in muscle tissue. Glutamine supplementation promotes better protein synthesis and therefore more efficient muscle development. The presence of arginine in the context of intensive and regular physical activity is of great interest, as it is involved in protein synthesis.
This hydrolyzed whey formula from Scitec Nutrition is sugar-free, gluten-free and contains no palm oil.
