One serving contains :

Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after very intense and/or prolonged physical effort resulting in muscle fatigue and depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscles. Proteins help increase and maintain muscle mass. Creatine improves physical capacity in the case of successive series of very intense, short-duration exercises.
The difference between Hyper Mass and other gainers? It has been created from three different carbohydrate sources, known as a Tricarbo matrix:
- maltodextrin
- inulin
- corn starch
This combination makes it possible to vary carbohydrate sources and obtain low glycemic indexes. As a result, you don't release too much insulin.
In addition to this significant advantage, Hyper Mass features three different sources of protein:
- whey protein concentrate
- calcium caseinate
- whey isolate
These proteins naturally contain amino acids, including BCAAs and glutamine, which are easily assimilated by the body.
Taking a grainer is ideal if :
