Diet plays an important role in mass gain, and Hyper Mass has been designed to provide the maximum number of essential nutrients for the body during this period. This product contains a maximum of calories, carbohydrates and proteins to stimulate muscle development.

Protein helps build and maintain muscle mass. Creatine improves physical performance in the case of successive series of very intense, short-duration exercises.
What's the difference between Hyper Mass and other Gainers? It has been created from three different sources of carbohydrates, known as a tricarbo matrix: maltodextrin, inulin and corn starch. This combination makes it possible to vary carbohydrate sources and achieve low glycemic indexes. Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after very intense and/or prolonged physical effort, resulting in muscular fatigue and a depletion of glycogen reserves in skeletal muscles. This prevents the release of too much insulin.
In addition to this significant advantage, Hyper Mass features three different protein sources: whey protein concentrate , calcium caseinate and whey isolate . These proteins naturally contain amino acids, including BCAAs and glutamine, which are easily assimilated by the body.
Taking a grainer is ideal if :
