Unlike other protein bars on the market, they are very low in sugar and palm oil-free! Its list of ingredients contains only one sweetener belonging to the polyol family, maltiltol, to replace sugar and give it a sweet taste. Unlike other sweeteners, maltiltol is harmless to health.
