Mental focus (90 caps) is a dietary supplement designed for concentration, by the brand Scitec Nutrition.
This supplement has been developed with a matrix of stimulating ingredients, including 75 mg caffeine and 375 mg L-tyrosine per capsule. Caffeine plays an essential role in delaying fatigue, stimulating alertness and improving concentration. L-tyrosine, a well-known amino acid, is frequently used in energy drinks.
The L-carnitine present in this product, in the form of 252 mgacetyl L-carnitine (ALA), is an acetylated version of L-carnitine, with unique characteristics. It converts L-carnitine into ALA in the mitochondria via the enzyme carnitine O-acetyltransferase. It is also said to increase alertness, cognitive function and memory.

Ingredients: acetyl-L-carnitine 39%, L-tyrosine 39%, caffeine anhydrous 7.8%, capsule shell [gélatine, agent d'enrobage (gomme laque), colorant (oxydes et hydroxydes de fer), correcteurs d'acidité (hydroxyde d'ammonium, hydroxyde de potassium)], anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), D-pantothenate, calcium.
