The CARNIVOR-BPI protein base combines hydrolyzed beef protein isolate with branched-chain amino acids: L-leucine, L-valine, and L-isoleucine. It also contains the intermediates from the brand’s proprietary ANRT™ technology: glutamine-alpha-ketoglutarate, ornithine-alpha-ketoglutarate, alpha-ketoglutarate, and alpha-ketoisocaproate.
These components are an integral part of the protein complex. Its powder form allows you to quickly prepare a protein shake with water, without milk or any complicated preparation. You can consume Carnivor after your workout, as a snack, or at any other time of day when your diet alone isn’t enough to meet your protein needs.
Its relatively compact 29-gram serving provides 23 grams of protein, representing nearly 80% protein in the finished product. The 1.624-kg container thus offers a long-lasting supply, with approximately 56 shakes based on the recommended serving size.
Carnivor is available in several flavors: Chocolate, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Cinnamon Toast Cereal, Cookies & Cream, Strawberry, Fruity Punch, Fruity Cereal, Rocket Pop, and Vanilla Caramel.

The mixture may foam after shaking: let it sit for a few seconds before drinking. According to the brand’s international recommendations, the product can be consumed 1 to 2 times a day, depending on your protein needs.
