Carnivor (840g) is MuscleMeds is a protein powder made from hydrolyzed beef protein isolate. It offers an alternative to traditional dairy proteins and allows you to easily supplement your daily protein intake without having to use whey or casein.
Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. With 110 kcal per serving, 5 g of carbohydrates, and no reported fat, Carnivor focuses its nutritional profile primarily on protein. The formula islactose-free, which may be beneficial if you want to avoid milk-derived proteins.
The CARNIVOR-BPI base combines hydrolyzed beef protein isolate with BCAAs, including L-leucine, L-valine, and L-isoleucine. It also contains several intermediates incorporated into MuscleMeds ’s Anabolic Nitrogen Retention Technology™: GKG, OKG, AKG, and KIC.
MuscleMeds It also employs a multi-step manufacturing process that includes thermal hydrolysis, cold filtration, low-temperature evaporation, and spray drying. The final formula is then flavored to create a drink that’s easier to incorporate into your daily workout routine.
Its medium-sized package is particularly well-suited if you want to try Carnivor before moving on to a larger size, or if you want to alternate between several protein sources throughout the week.

Mix 1 30-gram scoop with about 150 to 250 ml of cold water, then shake vigorously until the mixture is smooth.
The protein may foam after mixing: let the shaker sit for one to two minutes before drinking.
You can have one serving: after your workout, as a snack between meals, at breakfast to supplement a meal, or at any time when your dietary intake is insufficient.
The manufacturer recommends consuming 1 to 2 servings per day, adjusted according to your diet, weight, physical activity, and protein needs. A single serving should not automatically replace a full meal.
