I'm Veggie Protein Bar (25x50g) is a box of protein bars made by Olimp Sport Nutrition.
Protein bars are great as a snack to maintain your energy levels, prevent cravings, or simply supplement your daily protein intake to reach your goals. Veggie bars are a source of vegetable protein, providing 11g of protein per bar. Olimp Sport Nutrition has formulated this bar with pea, brown rice and soy proteins. It therefore promotes muscle recovery. Protein helps to maintain and increase muscle mass, while helping to repair muscle tissue damaged during intense exercise.
These bars are suitable for vegans and vegetarians, containing no ingredients or additives of animal origin. With just 178 kcal and very little sugar, they are also suitable for periods of lean or weight loss, as the carbohydrates have a low glycemic index thanks to the addition of Palatinose.
The vegan bars are enriched with vitamin B12, minerals (zinc, selenium and iodine) and Ashwagandha extract. Vitamin B12 and iodine help maintain a balanced energy metabolism and the proper functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin B12 helps reduce fatigue and supports adequate red blood cell production. Zinc contributes to healthy macronutrient metabolism, while Ashwagandha offers numerous benefits related to sleep and stress.
Chocolate Peanut flavor offers a delicious combination of rich 53% chocolate and the irresistible aroma of roasted peanuts!
