Protein crock (12x30g) are protein bars manufactured by the brand Quamtrax.
This wafer-like bar offers an ultra-crisp texture, filled with delicious hazelnut cream and coated with an irresistible layer of white or milk chocolate. Suitable for different objectives such as leaning or mass gain, it's an ideal snack thanks to its low sugar content, with around 1g of sugar per bar depending on flavour.
Protein Crock helps to maintain and increase your muscle mass, providing 10 g and 11 g of protein respectively, depending on the flavor.
Its added benefit lies in the fact that it is made from rice flour, making it gluten-free. Enjoy a delicious, nutritious snack to help you achieve your sporting goals.
