MuscleMeds 's Carnivor Mass (2.618 kg) is a hard gainer designed for athletes looking to significantly increase their calorie and protein intake as part of a muscle-building regimen. Unlike most gainers formulated with whey or other dairy proteins, Carnivor Mass primarily uses hydrolyzed beef protein isolate.
This unique feature makes it an attractive option if you want to switch from traditional milk-based gainers or incorporate an alternative protein source into your workout routine. Depending on the flavor, a full serving of four scoops provides approximately 710 to 720 kcal, 50 g of protein, and up to 125 g of carbohydrates.
This high energy density makes it easier to create a caloric surplus when your regular diet isn’t enough to meet your needs. Protein helps build and maintain muscle mass, while the high carbohydrate content effectively supplements your meals and snacks during a weight-gain phase.
Nutrient values may vary slightly by flavor, particularly between Chocolate, Chocolate & Peanut Butter, Strawberry, and Vanilla Caramel. The formula combines Carnivor Mass technology BPI — composed of hydrolyzed beef protein isolate, L-glutamine, and BCAAs—with iSpike carbohydrate technology.
The latter is based primarily on micronized maltodextrin, micronized waxy corn, and digestive enzymes such as amylase and glucoamylase. The formula also contains ingredients such as chromium picolinate, 4-hydroxyisoleucine, D-pinitol, and Agaricus blazei.
Carnivor Mass thus provides a blend specifically designed for weight gain, with a carbohydrate-to-protein ratio suited for people with a fast metabolism, a limited appetite, or difficulty gaining weight through solid meals alone.
The container holds approximately fourteen full servings, depending on the flavor and exact net weight. The listed weights vary from approximately 2,618 to 2,674 g, as some recipes do not have exactly the same mass.

Pour about 475 ml of water into a shaker or blender, then add 4 scoops of Carnivor Mass. Mix until smooth. Consume 1 to 2 servings per day depending on your caloric needs. You can have your shake: between meals; after your workout; for breakfast; or at any time of day when your food intake is insufficient.
To start more gradually, use 2 scoops in about 250 ml of water—half a serving. This helps spread out your calorie intake and assess your tolerance before moving on to a full serving.
