The Bio Gel Speedgel pack (40x25g) is a box of energy gels designed by the Punch Power brand.
Incorporating an energy gel into an endurance session, whether running, cycling or other prolonged physical activity, has many advantages. These gels provide a quick source of carbohydrates, with a content of 18 g per portion. By providing immediate energy, they help delay the onset of muscular fatigue and maintain endurance over an extended period.
This action helps stabilize blood glucose levels. During a prolonged endurance session, muscle glycogen reserves can be depleted, leading to a drop in energy. The use of energy gels therefore helps to maintain performance and prevent exhaustion.
Enriched with vitamin B1, the gels play an active role in energy metabolism. The formula also contains green mate, to stimulate the body and act as a source of energy.
The gels are certified organic, gluten-free, contain no artificial colorants or preservatives, and have no artificial flavoring.
Available in Apple flavor, these gels feature a smooth, pleasant texture.
Consume 1 to 2 Speedgels per hour of exercise, followed by 200 ml of water for optimal digestive comfort.
