Recovery Drink (200 ml) is a product manufactured by the Apurna brand.
Recovery is of paramount importance for all athletes, whatever their sport. It is essential to allow the body to rest, repair and adapt to the physical efforts made during training.
The recovery phase allows your muscles to rebuild and strengthen. Proper recovery also helps to reduce the risk of overuse injuries to muscles and joints. Proper recovery allows your body to regenerate, which can lead to improved physical and mental performance.
Recovery Drink provides 10 g of protein per 200 ml bottle, helping to maintain and increase muscle mass. It also contains carbohydrates, with 19 g per 200 ml, to replenish energy reserves.
The drink is also a source of vitamins, including vitamin B12, which helps reduce fatigue, and vitamin B1, which contributes to normal energy metabolism.
New: its packaging has been upgraded with a full sleeve and the removal of the cap, enabling a 12% reduction in plastic compared with the previous format.
Recovery Drink is available in two delicious flavors: Lemon and Peach Ice Tea.
