These gummies contain green coffee, with 50 mg per 30 g serving for the mango banana flavour. Caffeine stimulates energy, improves concentration and boosts endurance! As you can see, it's an ideal supplement for improving your physical performance, while helping to reduce fatigue.
Green coffee is also associated with potential weight-loss properties due to its content of chlorogenic acid, an antioxidant renowned for its beneficial effects on fat metabolism.
They also contain a large number of B vitamins: B1, B3, B6, and vitamin C. Vitamins C and B6 help combat effort-related fatigue and oxidative stress.
