This gainer is ultra-caloric, providing 620 kcal per 168g serving. During a period of mass gain, it's crucial to consume a caloric surplus to promote weight gain. If you're an ectomorph or have trouble meeting your daily calorie intake, True-Mass-All-In-One Gainer will help you meet your daily calorie targets. This gainer is rich in protein, including a blend of different sources: whey protein isolate, micellar casein. You'll find up to 55 g of protein per serving. Protein helps maintain and increase muscle mass.
It also contains creatine, with 3 g per daily portion. Creatine helps improve strength and performance on successive short, high-intensity sets.
