ABE Drink (330ml ) is an energy drink in cans from the famous ABE brand Applied Nutrition.
This pre-workout drink is largely based on the formula of the famous ABE Ultimate pre-Workout from the same range. In one dose you'll find 200 mg of caffeine, for a kick-start before your workout, or to avoid a bout of fatigue during the day. In moderate quantities, caffeine slows the onset of fatigue and improves concentration.
This drink also contains taurine and B vitamins. Taurine is an amino acid that helps reduce fatigue. Vitamin B12 contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system. Vitamin B12 helps reduce fatigue. Niacin helps reduce fatigue (vitamin B3).
This drink also contains beta-alanine, a precursor of carnosine, a molecule that helps delay muscle fatigue. In addition, citrulline, a non-essential amino acid found in this drink, enhances nitric oxide production, which improves blood flow, endurance and muscle strength.
This ready-to-drink pre-workout is available in packs or individually, in the fruity flavors Grape, Lemonade, Apple Elderflower, Fruit Candy, Energy and Blue Lagoon.
