The Fit bar (28g) from EAFIT is a protein bar that combines deliciousness and nutrition.
Low in calories, it contains just 97 kcal per portion, depending on flavour. Enriched with protein, it provides over 9.5g of protein per bar, depending on the variant, helping to maintain and develop muscle mass, particularly when integrated into a protein-rich diet.
Ideal for lean or weight-loss phases, this bar is distinguished by its low sugar content, with less than 2 g per serving.
In addition to protein, it is enriched with essential trace elements and vitamins, such as iron, copper and vitamins B1, B2 and B3. Copper and vitamin B2, in particular, play a key role in maintaining normal energy metabolism.
Coated in dark chocolate, it offers an ultra-crisp texture, adding an even more gourmet dimension to every bite.
