Pure CLA (90 capsules) is a slimming food supplement from the EAFIT brand.
This formula is based on a plant extract rich in Conjugated Linoleic Acids (CLA), with a dosage of 3,000 mg per portion.
Conjugated Linoleic Acids are a family of polyunsaturated fatty acids, isomers of linoleic acid, an omega-6 fatty acid. They are naturally found in certain foods of animal origin, such as beef, lamb and dairy products. CLAs are renowned for their various benefits, not least their supposed action on weight loss.
Opting for CLA supplementation, as part of a balanced diet, can be an effective strategy for achieving an optimal intake of these fatty acids.
