CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) is a natural omega-6 fatty acid found in beef and dairy products. This CLA-rich supplement will help you lose weight or stay lean.
How does it work? CLA boosts the activity of lipase, an enzyme essential for digesting fats. It also works by blocking a key enzyme (Stearoyl-CoA desaturase), which transforms saturated fatty acids into monounsaturated fatty acids, the latter being mainly responsible for fat storage. By slowing down this transformation, CLA helps limit the deposit of fat in your adipose tissue.
