The Fit bar (32x28g) is a box of protein bars made by the EAFIT brand.
This low-calorie bar contains up to 97 kcal, depending on the flavor. It is rich in protein, with over 9.5 g of protein per bar, depending on the flavor. Combined with a high-protein diet, it helps maintain and increase muscle mass.
What's more, it's ideal for a weight loss or lean phase, as it contains very little sugar, less than 2 g per bar.
It also provides trace elements and vitamins, notably iron, copper, as well as vitamins B1, B2 and B3. Copper and vitamin B2, in particular, contribute to normal energy metabolism.
Covered in dark chocolate, this bar offers an ultra-crisp texture for an even crunchier feel.
The bars contain no palm oil, colorants, preservatives or artificial flavoring.
They are available in three flavors: Chocolate, Chocolate Hazelnut and Coconut.
