Made from carefully selected ingredients, it provides you with the energy you need thanks to a balanced combination of carbohydrates(21g) and fast sugars(12g), the essential fuels for your sporting performance. With its soft, easily assimilated texture, it's perfect for optimal digestion during exercise.
Formulated with rice flour, it is gluten-free and suitable for people with sensitivities or intolerances. Coconut blossom sugar, rich in minerals and amino acids, and coconut oil, a source of triglycerides, make it a healthy, balanced option.
The addition of red fruits (cranberries, candied cherries, blueberries) gives it a delicious flavour while providing antioxidants. What's more, acerola powder, naturally rich in vitamin C, helpsreduce muscle fatigue and support your body during exercise.
Packaged in individual freshness sachets, this soft snack is ready to eat, so you don't need to do any extra preparation. It's the ideal snack for maintaining your energy levels while enjoying rapid absorption and high digestive tolerance.

3 h before training or competition, add to breakfast (to respect digestion time and muscular awakening). Recommended dosage: 2 soft drinks.
In a breakfast it is advisable to take :
- 1 carbohydrate/lipid portion: 2 moelleux + 60 g ATLET almond energy cream*
- 1 protein portion: 1 egg or 1 slice of ham (nitrite-free)
- 1 piece of fresh fruit
1 h before exercise: 1 soft cake as a waiting ration
DURING EXERCISE
1/2 soft drink to be consumed every 30 min to ensure regular energy intake and promote good digestive absorption. This soft drink can replace an exercise drink for carbohydrate intake, but not for sodium, so it's important to use a supplement for sodium intake.
Effort > 3 h: Moelleux can be used as a snack during refuelling to recharge energy reserves (glycogen and lipids). For example, take a soup for water and sodium, supplemented by two soft drinks for energy.
AFTER EXERCISE
During recovery, the soft drink should be consumed as soon as possible after exercise (within 30 minutes) to help recharge glycogen reserves.
