Elite Layer Bar (60g) from Dymatize is an ultra-indulgent protein bar, designed to give you a real break while maintaining a controlled nutritional profile. Its 60g format comes in 2 x 30g bites, making it easy to take along and eat as a pre- or post-workout snack.
In terms of macros, each bar provides 214 kcal and, above all, 24 g of protein, depending on the flavor, an ideal addition to your daily diet: proteins help maintain and increase muscle mass, as well as maintaining normal bone structure. It's also very low in sugars, with 1.5 g per bar, and 18 g of carbohydrates.
Its special feature is its layered texture: a chocolate coating (milk or white depending on the version), a creamy layer and protein crisps for crunch. It is available in Choc Peanut Butter & Caramel and White Choc Vanilla & Caramel, and the brand promotes a recipe with at least 30% fewer carbohydrates (on average) than "classic" chocolate bars.
