Its practical format of 7 x 8g sticks means you can easily take it with you to the gym, the office, on trips or on days when you're sweating more.
Hydratation + (7x8g) features a complete formula that combines sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium and magnesium, with ingredients like Aquamin™ (a patented ingredient of marine origin: a mineral complex derived from calcified red seaweed and naturally rich in calcium, magnesium and numerous trace elements), coconut water powder and Irish sea foam extract. The aim is simple: to help you integrate a functional drink into your routine, one that's more complete than classic flavoured water, sugar-free and easy to prepare. The magnesium in Applied Nutrition Hydration + (7x8g) contributes to electrolyte balance, normal muscle function and reduced fatigue. Potassium also contributes to normal muscle function and the normal functioning of the nervous system. So it's an interesting product if you play sport, have active days or simply want to better structure your hydration routine.
