The formula combines sources of sodium, potassium, and magnesium—three electrolytes present in various forms, such as sodium chloride, potassium citrate, and magnesium citrate. Magnesium helps maintain electrolyte balance and supports normal muscle function, while potassium also supports normal muscle function.
The composition varies slightly depending on the flavor. The Lemon version contains coconut water powder, oligofructose, potassium citrate, magnesium citrate, and sodium chloride. It is also enriched with nicotinamide and vitamin D3.
The Mixed Berries version , on the other hand, contains maltodextrin and dextrose in addition to the various electrolytes. This difference allows the Mixed Berries flavor to include carbohydrates in its composition, while the Lemon version features a formula that is more focused on electrolytes.
