My Iso Whey (900 g) from MyMuscle is the right compromise if you want a convenient, protein-rich jar suitable for regular use.
This formula combines whey protein isolate and whey protein concentrate, with a high protein content. Each 30 g portion provides 25 g of protein, making it easy to top up your intake at breakfast, after training or between meals. Protein helps maintain and develop muscle mass.
My Iso Whey (900g) can therefore be integrated into a bodybuilding, fitness or regular sports routine, whether your aim is to maintain your protein intake, support muscle gain or keep protein snacks simple to prepare.
The 900 g format is convenient for daily use or several times a week. It offers around 30 doses of 30 g, making it a well-balanced format if you want to vary flavours, try out a new routine or avoid a bulky jar.
The formula also contains Tolerase® L, a patented lactase enzyme. The nutritional profile remains under control, with low sugar and lipid content depending on the flavor.
Available flavors:
- Black Cookies, for a more intense cookie flavor;
- Chocolate, a safe bet for chocolate lovers;
- Milky Peanut & Choco Cream, more gourmet with a hint of peanut and chocolate cream;

Product with sweetener(s)
Mix 30 g of powder in 200 to 300 ml of water or milk. Adjust the amount of liquid according to your desired texture: lighter with water, smoother with milk. Consume after training, in the morning or between meals, depending on your protein requirements.
You can also add it to porridge, cream of rice, protein pancakes or smoothies as you wish.
