BOLERO® Energy (6x7g) isa powdered energy drink designed for busy days, commutes, or before a workout.
Each individual packet mixes easily with cold water to make a refreshing, sugar-free drink—no need to carry a can. Each serving provides 80 mg of caffeine, combined with vitamins B3, B5, B6, and B12.
These vitamins contribute to normal energy metabolism and help reduce fatigue. The formula also contains BCAAs, guarana extract, L-arginine, and natural caffeine. With 0 g of carbohydrates and sugars, and only 6 kcal per packet, BOLERO® Energy lets you prepare a lighter, more convenient energy drink.
Its pack of 6 individual sachets is easy to slip into a gym bag, car, or work bag. The 42-gram box contains 6 servings of 7 grams each.

Dissolve 1 7-gram packet in about 250 ml of cold water, then stir or shake until completely dissolved. Ideally, drink it before your workout or whenever you need a convenient energy drink during a busy day. Add ice cubes for an even cooler drink. Do not exceed 1 packet per day. Avoid consuming it late in the day if you’re sensitive to caffeine. Contains caffeine (32 mg / 100 ml). Not recommended for children, teenagers, pregnant women, or nursing mothers.
