USN ’s Trust Crunch (12 x 60 g) is a protein bar designed to offer you a snack that’s convenient, crunchy, and delicious.
Available here in a box of 12 bars (60 g each), it’s easy to take to work, on the go, or in your gym bag—no shaker or preparation required. Each bar provides 20 g of protein, derived primarily from milk and soy proteins.
Protein helps maintain and build muscle mass, making Trust Crunch a convenient way to supplement your daily intake. The formula also contains collagen peptides, which help give the bar its texture.
Depending on the flavor, one bar provides approximately 209 to 214 kcal, between 16 and 18 g of carbohydrates, less than 3 g of sugars, and up to 7.8 g of fiber. Despite its low sugar content, Trust Crunch is still a full-fledged snack containing fat and calories that should be factored into your daily total.
It should therefore not be considered an all-you-can-eat food, especially if you’re carefully tracking your macros. Its texture combines a soft center with crunchy bits and a chocolate coating. The use of maltitol and sucralose helps limit the amount of sugar while maintaining a rich, indulgent flavor.
