Naughty Boy Hydration (255 g) isa flavored powdered drink mix designed to replenish your fluid and mineral intake during physical activity or throughout the day.
Each 8.5-gram serving mixes with water to create a fruity beverage, which the brand claims is sugar-free and calorie-free. Its formula combines several minerals involved in maintaining the body’s balance: one serving provides 448 mg of potassium, 93.75 mg of magnesium, 196 mg of chloride, 112 mg of sodium, and 80 mg of calcium.
Magnesium, in particular , contributes to electrolyte balance and normal muscle function, making this product especially beneficial during periods of regular exercise or when you’re sweating heavily.
Hydration also contains 1,500 mg of taurine and 1,000 mg of creatine monohydrate per serving. The formula is rounded out with 200 mg of MitoReds®, a blend featuring beets, pomegranate, berries, citrus fruits, grapes, camu-camu, and MitoPrime®.
It also provides 55 µg of selenium, which is 100% of the Daily Value per serving. Selenium helpsprotect cells against oxidative stress. Its caffeine-free formula allows you to enjoy it during both morning and evening workouts.
