Naughty Boy ’s Esco Bar (12x65g) is a multi-layered protein bar designed to offer you a snack that’s delicious, convenient, and high in protein.
Each 65-gram bar provides over 20 grams of protein, for only 194 to 200 kcal depending on the flavor. Protein helps build and maintain muscle mass, making it a great option after a workout or when you want to easily boost your protein intake throughout the day.
Its formula combines several protein sources, including milk protein isolate, whey protein isolate, hydrolyzed wheat protein, and soy protein isolate. This protein base is paired with a soft center, a caramel-flavored filling, and a chocolate coating to create a texture more akin to a treat bar than a traditional sports snack.
Despite its indulgent positioning, Esco Bar contains only 2.4 to 2.8 g of sugar per bar, depending on the flavor. It also provides between 4.3 and 4.6 g of fiber, which rounds out its nutritional profile. This lets you enjoy a sweet treat while maintaining a high protein intake.
Two flavors are available. The Chocolate Caramellow flavor combines milk chocolate, a caramel center, cocoa, and small marshmallows for a particularly melt-in-your-mouth texture. The White Chocolate Caramel Biscuit flavor combines a white chocolate coating, a caramel filling, and biscuit chunks lightly flavored with cinnamon.
