Rush RTD (24x250ml) by Weider is an energy drink; each can combines several active ingredients commonly used in pre-workout formulas, including 2,000 mg of L-citrulline malate, 2,000 mg of beta-alanine, 1,000 mg of taurine, L-arginine, and 200 mg of caffeine.

The formula provides 200 mg of caffeine per can. Caffeine helps increase alertness and improve concentration.

Rush RTD also contains a total of 2 g of L-citrulline malate and 1.95 g of arginine, divided between 975 mg of arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (AAKG) and 975 mg of L-arginine. These amino acids are commonly included in pre-workout formulas and round out the product’s workout-focused profile.

Each can also provides 2,000 mg of beta-alanine and 1,000 mg of taurine, as well as 500 mg of glucuronolactone. The formula is rounded out with 200 mg of L-alanyl-L-glutamine, a dipeptide combining alanine and glutamine known as Glutapep®. 

The product also provides 16 mg of niacin and 5 mg of zinc. Niacin contributes to normal energy metabolism and helps reduce fatigue. Zinc helps protect cells from oxidative stress and supports the normal functioning of the immune system.
