Hydratis (2x20 tabs) is a dietary supplement in the form of effervescent tablets, designed to easily prepare a drink enriched with electrolytes and trace minerals. Its formula combines potassium, magnesium, sodium, chloride, zinc, and manganese, among other ingredients, in a convenient format for daily use as well as during your athletic activities.
Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance, as well as to normal muscle function and the reduction of fatigue. Potassium also supports normal muscle and nervous system function . The formula additionally provides zinc and manganese, two trace minerals that help protect cells against oxidative stress.
For 5 tablets, “ Hydratis ” typically provides 750 mg of potassium, 450 mg of chloride, 162.5 mg of magnesium, 5 mg of zinc, and 1 mg of manganese. The amount of sodium may vary depending on the flavor.

For daily hydration: Take 1 tablet in the morning and 1 in the evening for increased energy and improved concentration.
For sports: The dosage varies depending on the intensity and duration of physical activity. To maintain proper hydration, you must replace lost electrolytes. It is recommended to dissolve 2 tablets in a 500-ml water bottle, and to repeat as needed. It is recommended to drink every 15 to 20 minutes during exercise. Consume during and after exercise for improved endurance and recovery.
After drinking alcohol: Dissolve 2 tablets in a glass of water before bed; repeat upon waking to start your day off right.
