Ultra B-Complex (60 capsules) by Yamamoto Nutrition is a complex containing all 8 B vitamins, supplemented with choline and inositol.
Each serving provides 25 mg of vitamin B1, 25 mg of vitamin B2, 30 mg of vitamin B3, 18 mg of vitamin B5, and 9.5 mg of vitamin B6, as well as vitamins B8, B9, and B12. Several of these vitamins contribute to normal energy metabolism, making Ultra B-Complex an easy addition to your daily routine, especially when you have a busy lifestyle or intense workout schedule.
One of the main benefits of this formula relates to fatigue. Vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, and B12 help reduce fatigue.This way, you benefit from a particularly comprehensive B-vitamin complex rather than having to take them separately.
Ultra B-Complex also supports nervous system function: vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B8, and B12 contribute to its normal functioning. Vitamins B1, B3, B6, B8, B9, and B12 also support normal psychological functions.
The formula also provides 35 µg of vitamin B12, or 1,400% of the NRV, and 400 µg of folic acid, or 200% of the NRV. Vitamins B6, B9, and B12 contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism, while vitamins B6 and B12 support the normal functioning of the immune system.
Yamamoto rounds out its vitamin complex with 100 mg of inositol and choline. The formula also uses methylcobalamin as the form of vitamin B12, as well as a vegetable capsule made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
