Multi Vitamin (60 tablets) by Yamamoto Nutrition is a comprehensive multivitamin and multimineral complex that combines more than 26 vitamins, minerals, and other active ingredients in a single tablet. Its formula is designed to help you easily meet your daily micronutrient needs without having to take multiple supplements or make frequent doses throughout the day.

Each tablet combines vitamins A, C, D, E, and K; all the major B vitamins; as well as calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, selenium, chromium, copper, manganese, iodine, and phosphorus.

The formula is rounded out with PABA, lutein from marigold, and proanthocyanidins from grape seeds. Multi Vitamin provides 120 mg of vitamin C, which is 150% of the NRV. Vitamin C helps reduce fatigue, supports the normal functioning of the immune system, and protects cells against oxidative stress.

It is combined with several B vitamins, which also contribute to normal energy metabolism and, in some cases, to reducing fatigue. The formula also provides 111 mg of magnesium per tablet.

Magnesium supports normal muscle function, normal energy metabolism, and helps reduce fatigue. This is a valuable daily supplement, especially when you combine regular physical activity with a busy lifestyle.

To support your body’s natural defenses, the formula includes 5 µg of vitamin D, 10 mg of zinc, and 55 µg of selenium. Vitamin D and zinc support the normal functioning of the immune system, while zinc and selenium help protect cells against oxidative stress.

The formula also supports several other essential functions. Zinc helps maintain normal skin, hair, and nails; calcium, magnesium, and vitamin D help maintain normal bones; and vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, and B12 support the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Yamamoto also adds 1 mg of lutein, derived from 5 mg of marigold extract, as well as 0.9 mg of proanthocyanidins from grape seeds and 30 mg of PABA, to round out a formula that is already particularly rich in vitamins and minerals.
