BioTech USA ’sEnergy Gel is a 40-gram energy gel in a single-serve packet, designed to be taken during exercise. Each gel provides 12 grams of carbohydrates, magnesium, and vitamin B6, and is caffeine-free. The box contains 12 gels.

Three Sources of Carbohydrates

The carbohydrates in Energy Gel come from three ingredients:

• glucose (4.7 g per gel);
• fructose (4.7 g per gel);
• maltodextrin (2.7 g per gel).

One gel provides 60 kcal.

Magnesium and Vitamin B6

Each gel provides 60 mg of magnesium (16% of the NRVs) and 0.9 mg of vitamin B6 (64% of the NRVs).

• Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, electrolyte balance, and the reduction of fatigue.
• Vitamin B6 contributes to normal glycogen metabolism and helps reduce fatigue.

The formula also contains L-carnitine (533 mg), taurine (533 mg), and coconut-derived MCT oil (800 mg).

Caffeine-free

The Energy Gel does not contain caffeine. So you can take it during a workout later in the day, or if you’re avoiding stimulants.
