BioTech USA ’sEnergy Gel Pro is a 40-gram, caffeine-free energy gel designed for use during exercise. Compared to the brand’s classic Energy Gel, it contains more maltodextrin, more vitamin B6, and L-arginine. The box contains 12 gels.

More complex carbohydrates, less sugar

Each gel provides 13 g of carbohydrates, including 9 g of sugars:

• 4.7 g of glucose and 4.7 g of fructose, in equal amounts;
• 4 g of maltodextrin, a complex carbohydrate.

Since it contains more maltodextrin than the classic Energy Gel, the proportion of sugars in the total carbohydrates is lower. One gel provides 66 kcal.

136% of the NRVs for vitamin B6

With 1.9 mg of vitamin B6 per gel— 136% of the Nutrient Reference Values—the Energy Gel Pro provides nearly twice as much B6 as the classic Energy Gel.

• Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy metabolism and the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Arginine, taurine, carnitine, and MCT
