BioTech USA has chosen to offer a BCAA 8:1:1 zero formula with a high leucine content, as this amino acid is the first to be used by the body for protein construction. The ratio of Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine (8;1;1) is particularly suitable for stimulating muscle growth.
This dietary supplement provides almost 5.5 g of BCAAs per dose, i.e. 4.43 g of leucine, and 0.555 mg of isoleucine and valine.
BCAAs are highly appreciated nutrients by athletes, and their effect on muscle recovery is well established.
