Carbo X (1000 g) from Biotech USA is a powdered drink mix rich in carbohydrates from 5 different sources.
This formula is ideal for building muscle mass by significantly increasing carbohydrate consumption. Indeed, to build muscle mass, carbohydrate consumption is very important, as it is the body's primary source of energy and serves as a protein sparing agent. It is also of great interest for improving recovery after intense effort, to recharge muscles with glycogen.
Carbo X contains dextrose, a simple, rapidly-absorbed sugar; maltodextrin, which is optimally digestible; fructose, a simple fruit sugar which has the particularity of hardly altering blood sugar levels; ribose, one of the constituents of ATP and considered an energy molecule; and finally palatinose, which combines fructose and glucose to provide long-lasting energy.
This supplement can be consumed before training, as a source of energy, during training to avoid sluggishness, and even after the session to promote recovery.
Available in three different flavours: Lemon, Neutral, Orange and Peach.
