EFX Sports’ Karbolyn Fuel (1000g) is a carbohydrate powder designed for athletes who want to better manage their carbohydrate intake around demanding workouts, long sessions, or high-volume training phases.
Its formula is based on KarboLyn®, a homopolysaccharide derived from potatoes, rice, and corn. Each 54-gram serving provides 53 grams of carbohydrates and 210 kcal, with no added sugars, fats, or proteins. This makes it easy to increase your carbohydrate intake without altering your protein or fat intake.
Karbolyn Fuel is particularly beneficial before an intense session, during prolonged exercise, or after a workout, depending on your meal plan. Its powder form allows you to quickly prepare a carbohydrate drink with cold water, free of caffeine and stimulants.
A convenient option if you do weight training, cross-training, cycling, running, team sports, or any discipline that requires a consistent carbohydrate strategy.
Available in Lemon Ice, Orange, and Neutral flavors.

Mix 1 serving (54 g) into 200 to 300 ml of cold water.
You can take it about 30 minutes before your workout to prepare your carbohydrate drink. During long or high-volume workouts, sip your drink throughout your workout. You can also use it after your workout depending on your carbohydrate needs.
For a lighter texture, add more water and a few ice cubes. You can also mix it with your creatine, electrolytes, or amino acids in the same shaker if that fits your routine.
Do not exceed 1 serving per day.
