This product is designed to maintain stable blood sugar levels, helping to prevent hypoglycemia during intense physical activity. This stability lasts up to 2 hours after taking the product.
How does Carbonox work?
This solution contains several sources of carbohydrates: maltodextrin, glucose, and isomaltulose. These three sources have different glycemic indexes and absorption rates, but they all provide highly effective carbohydrate nutrients to ensure you never run out of energy. Each serving (50 g) contains 48 g of carbohydrates, which help restore normal muscle function (contraction) after very intense and/or prolonged physical exertion that causes muscle fatigue and a decrease in glycogen stores in skeletal muscles.
Carbonox is also a source of monosaccharides, oligosaccharides, and polysaccharides. It also contains 160 µg of vitamin A, 2.4 mg of vitamin E, 0.28 mg of vitamin B6, as well as vitamin D, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, folic acid, biotin, and pantothenic acid.
It contains no saturated fatty acids (lipids) or aspartame.
This supplement is designed for athletes engaged in intensive sports activities such as bodybuilding. After a workout, isomaltulose causes a high concentration of monosaccharides in the blood. This same carbohydrate breaks down simultaneously into glucose and fructose, which promotes better muscle building and the replenishment of liver glycogen. What is isomaltulose? A source of glucose and fructose.

You can consume it before or during your workout. You can enjoy it with water or mix it into your BCAA shake.

Mix 1 serving (1 scoop of 50 g) in your shaker with 100 ml of water. Consume it around the time of a weight-training session or intense physical activity. Ideally, take it 30 minutes before your workout with your pre-workout supplement, or during your workout to stay hydrated. You can also take it after your workout as a snack with a source of lean protein, such as whey protein, whey protein isolate, or casein. The dose can be adjusted based on your daily caloric intake (which depends on the macronutrient intake from your diet and your body weight).
