Pure BCAA 2:1:1 from USN is a premium quality amino acid supplement with a 2: 1: 1 ratio - known as the most efficiently absorbed ratio of amino acids.
BCAAs are a complex of three amino acids: L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine, which support muscle gains. By reducing fatigue, they support endurance, increase energy and aid muscle repair and recovery. They account for 35% of the amino acids present in muscle tissue, and are among the essential amino acids that the body cannot synthesize. Supplements (or food) are therefore needed to meet the daily requirements of all bodybuilding enthusiasts.
Replenishing the body, and in particular muscle tissue, with BCAAs will enable it to regenerate better and faster. This helps avoid muscle fatigue and reduces the risk of injury.
BCAAs also play a part in muscle protein synthesis, and down-regulate cortisol levels for a rapid increase in lean muscle mass.
