Mega omega 3 (90 caps) are softgels containing fish oil and vitamin E.
The benefit of fish oil-based supplementation lies in its high omega-3 content. Omega-3s are essential fatty acids that cannot be produced by the body. It is therefore necessary to take a dietary supplement (if your diet is not sufficient to cover your daily needs) to keep your body functioning properly.
Mega omega 3 (90 caps) contains 70% EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) fatty acids, which help protect the nervous and cardiovascular systems. DHA also helps maintain normal vision.
As well as being cardioprotective, these omega-3s have strong anti-inflammatory properties and a positive impact on mood and cognitive function. In fact, they're just as good for the heart as they are for the brain!
What's more, its vitamin E content helps protect cells against oxidative stress.
Our daily intake is generally below recommended levels... That's where omega-3 supplements come into their own!
